A: itz not really funny... it the media which shows it as funny... there are comedians who imitate it and make fun of it and the society does the same thing... when people from india speak english (they do speak in an accent) but it doesn't sound anything
Do you think it should have an status on its own, as the British accent, the American accent, the Australian, the South African, etc?
Or should it be just a "local speach"?
