HOBOKEN BRIEFS
Hudson County Register Pamela Gardner is proud to announce that on Tuesday, April 24, the office launched its first electronic recording of real property documents. While the office will continue to receive paper documents in person and through mail delivery, Electronic Recording will be an alternative to conventional paper based documents. This is a plus as the county continues to “go green.” Electronic Recording promises to save time and cost for both the customers and the Hudson County Office of the Register of Deeds and Mortgages. This new initiative comes at no additional cost to the county.
