What is natural "moonlight opal"? Is it white mexican fire opal or some other naturally ocurring opal?

A: I believe Moonlight Opal is a regular white opal mixed with Mica, it adds a relflective quality to the Opal, a soft moonlike glow.

I believe it is also a natural occuring stone and geological qualities, I am not sure of.

my family owns opal mines in Magdalena Jalisco Mexico, so far we have nothing but very high quality stones of different styles,we used to sell at the gem expo's but it was never for sure how much we were going to sell, so we are trying to expand to internet


This would be a good place to go .. Australia.. fair for opals .. and my sincere advice is to make your research yourself and not to rely on answers as there is rare chance that someone really knows the opal business better than you .. better check other

Most of the gemstone industry in germany is in and around a town called Idaroberstein, go to the international yellow pages.
