What has happened to the price of avocados? Depending on the time of year their price ranges from 39 cents each to more than $1 each. I am sure demand has something to do with it.

When I order a dinner plate at a Mexican Restaurant, along with the enchiladas, rice, and beans, they serve a small pile of salad topped with a tomato salsa and cheese. That salsa dressing is wonderful and so is the crumbled cheese on top.
