Q: Help with what i can serve with mexican hot chocolate that i can buy in stores.
A: if you have a mexican/latin store anywhere around, pick up some sopapillas and serve them with honey. if not, fry some tortillas and sprinkle them with sugar and cinnamon
I have heard that a bolilio (a small white roll) normally goes with Mexican hot chocolate. Do you put anything on the bolilio - jam, etc. - or must it be plain? People who know, please.

But two qualities ice cream has seldom possessed — until recently — are sophistication and surprise. In the recent past, ice cream flavors were like Christmas carols; it seemed all of the good ideas had been used up, making it harder to come up with a flavor worthy of induction into the canon. Case in point: Blue Moon.
Now I know El Toritos isn't exactly the best place to get mexican food but the hot chocolate is excellent. The brand I used is Abuelita. I should have known better, I tried to *froth* it in my blender, only to scorch my arm.
I'm looking for a recipe for mexican hot chocolate - I had some one time that was very different than anything I'm finding. It was chunky, I know it had cinnamon sticks floating in it but I thought there was something else in it too. I can't for the life
