Barneys New York, one of New York’s bastions of high fashion, ended years of struggles with its hefty debt load by selling itself to the financiers Richard C. Perry and Ronald W. Burkle.
The retailer announced on Monday that Perry Capital, Mr. Perry’s hedge fund firm and Barneys’ biggest bondholder, has taken a majority stake in the company. Mr. Burkle’s Yucaipa Companies will also own a stake.

I know one of the company 's partner's is called MR.Emonn Larkin from carrickmines little foxrock dublin 18.
