Q: We are living in Sisaket/Thailand and have many Friends from U.K.
We would like to surprise them with some typicall british Food i.e. Black Pudding,
How to make it
A: i live in northern ireland and we eat black or white pudding heres the recipes for both ENJOY
Ingredients:
1 quarter pint of fresh pig's blood
8 oz. bread cut into cubes
1 quarter pint of skimmed milk
I'm going to Ireland this spring and I'd like to try a black pudding before I return home so I'd like to know where I can get one.

THINGS ARE looking up for the humble Irish sausage. A team of French food experts is travelling to Ireland this week to knight five people for their services to the sausage and pudding industry.
