I have recently developed an itchy, red rash and I just want to know if such a severe allergic reaction is possible from the asian lady beetle. I am in college and have found about 50 of them in my room so far. I vacuum them up but they keep coming back.

Though it requires constant upkeep this method is easy, inexpensive, and harmless to the condition of your house.
