Q: My fiance wants us to have a boy soon (hopefully), but my mom said he HAS to have a Korean name even if he's going to be half Caucasian and half Korean.
We decided to name him Atticus, but he wants to have the Korean name to have either
A: Hyo just by itself is nice - it means 'final duty'
Hyun-Ki - means 'foundation of wisdom'
Hyun-Shik - means 'roots of wisdom'
I think it is nicer and easier, and it is less likely for the child to get teased if it is a simple
Me and my husband are still looking for names, he's Korean and I think having a Korean name would be cool but I haven't heard of any that are easy to pronouce.

“Home,” Toni Morrison’s new novel, is smaller in scope than her previous works. But there’s depth in this 147-page story, which is so stripped of extraneous action and detail that it treads tantalizingly close to allegory.
Frank Money, born and raised in Lotus, Ga., is on his way home from the Korean War. He’s been back in the U.S. for some time, but hasn’t been in any condition — and hasn’t had the desire — to return to Georgia.
Lotus never had much to offer, which is why he enlisted in the first place. But the battlefield, where he lost both of his closest childhood friends, has broken him. Haunted by the violence he witnessed and committed, he struggles to control his thoughts and actions. Now and again, a zoot-suited ghost appears.
Our son's name is Tae Jin, which I sheepishly admit I found by accident on Chronicles of Narnia's film credits, and I liked it! (I was considering naming him Taye, anyway, so this worked out great! And I've always loved Jin)
I'm not Korean,
With meaning? Or that are just different and unusual.
I don't want a copied long list of names or any websites >.<
Thanks.
