Forever 21 Leggings
Q: I saw this shirt at forever 21 and before I buy it, I want to know whether I should wear it with jeans or leggings. If you have any other suggestions please tell me!

A: depending on how it fits on you. try the shirt on alone and see how long it sits. if it sits above your hip i'd wear it with jeans. but if its below or at your hips i'd wear it with leggings!
Would I fit in Forever 21 leggings and tops? I can fit in a XS (tops) in American Eagle. I am also a size 00. I have a small waist. 5'2 and 80 pounds. (13 years old)
