Q: I live in a small town, grew up hanging out clothes (even in winter). My dryer recently died and I was without one for a month, with 4 kids. So I was literally hanging out all the clothes. I don't really mind hanging out clothes but cannot find a large,
A: Believe it or not, I found one at the local hardware store (I live in a small town too). Or you can make one from an empty ice cream bucket. Just detach one end of the handle to hang it on the line and then reattach it. Instant clothes pin bucket!
I found a nest in my clothespin bag and it had one pale pink egg in it. The nest looks like that of a Carolina Wren but the egg looks like it came from a tree swallow. I've only caught a glimpse of the mama bird, but it doesn't look like a tree swallow.
I'm making some now, they look like little dresses,so cute.Tell me what kind have you made and where did you get the idea?I'm always looking for new, simple easy things to make with fabric that people will like.I just love to sew..wink...

Nature's 'dryer' stirs crisp memories And we never, never left the clothespins on the line. My job was to place the pins Mother handed me as she took down the clothes in a special bag sewn by my grandmother, Annie Somers. If the weather was nice, Mother folded the clothes as she took them |
